How we get it right
A comfortable house comes from six steps done right
Most of what decides how an insulation job performs happens before any material goes in: finding the air leaks, checking moisture and ventilation, protecting the home and setting the right depth. Skipping those steps is how good insulation underperforms. Here is how we make sure yours does not.
See every service- 1Inspect the houseWe look at the attic, walls, crawl space, ducts and moisture.
- 2Find the leaksAn infrared scan and a blower door test show where air escapes.

- 4Seal the air leaksFoam, caulk and covers close the gaps first.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What insulation services do you offer?
We install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam, blown-in attic and wall insulation, batts, rigid foam and radiant barrier, and we do air sealing, duct sealing, crawl space encapsulation, vapor barriers, energy audits, blower door testing, soundproofing, old insulation removal, pest cleanup and commercial, metal building and barn insulation. Browse every service on this site.
What kinds of buildings do you work on?
Single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums, additions and remodels, new construction, bonus rooms and garages, barns and shops, metal buildings, offices, stores and warehouses.
Where should I start if my house is uncomfortable?
Usually in the attic: seal the air leaks, then add insulation. An energy audit with an infrared scan and a blower door test shows where your house loses the most comfort and what to fix first.
Which is better, spray foam or blown-in insulation?
Each has a job. Blown-in insulation is a great way to cover an attic floor evenly. Spray foam seals air and insulates in one step, which is why it works well on roof decks, rim joists, crawl space walls and metal buildings. We recommend what fits your house.
Is spray foam safe?
Foam is installed by trained crews in protective gear while the home is ventilated, and once it has cured it is stable. We explain how long to stay out and what covering is needed where foam is exposed.
Can you insulate walls that are already finished?
Often yes. Dense-pack insulation is blown through small holes into the stud cavities, and the holes are patched afterward.
Do you remove old or damaged insulation?
Yes. A truck-mounted vacuum removes dirty, wet or pest-damaged insulation from attics and crawl spaces, and we put in clean new insulation afterward.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve Middle Tennessee, with a page for each main city on this site. If you do not see your town, call 615-431-3789 and we will tell you whether we can come out.
Can I plan my insulation project online first?
Yes. The Insulation Planner on this site lets you choose a building type, size, goal, material, current condition and extras. It draws a cutaway of the house with a callout for each area, a list of what goes into it and suggested services. You can send it to us with the form.
