Spray Foam Insulation

Garage and bonus room spray foam for the room over the garage that never feels right

Garage & Bonus Room Spray Foam

A bonus room over a garage has a roof above, an unconditioned garage below and knee walls on the sides. Fiberglass batts leave gaps in all of those places, so the room swings between hot and cold and the floor feels cold.

We insulate bonus rooms and garages across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Spray foam seals the sloped ceilings, knee walls and garage ceiling in one pass, and we pay attention to the details that make these rooms comfortable: the floor edge, the eaves and the access doors.

FAQ

Common questions about garage & bonus room foam

Why is my bonus room so uncomfortable?

Most have thin or gapped insulation in rafters, knee walls and the garage ceiling, plus air leaks around the edge.

Can you insulate without removing the drywall?

Often, from the attic side and the garage side, with access through knee wall doors.

Does a garage need ventilation after foaming?

We explain how the garage, the room and the ceiling are separated so exhaust and fumes stay out of living space.
