Walls, Floors & Crawl Spaces
Soil gives off moisture all day. A heavy polyethylene barrier on the ground blocks it, and that alone can change how a crawl space feels.

Even dry-looking soil releases water vapor into the crawl space, and that moisture finds its way into floor joists, subfloors and insulation. A continuous vapor barrier over the ground is the simplest, most effective first step against that moisture.
We install heavy-duty vapor barriers in crawl spaces across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We clear debris, overlap and tape the seams, seal around piers and pipes and carry the barrier up the walls where it makes sense so you get full ground coverage.
