Usually not. The cause is air leaks and poor ventilation, and insulation just reveals it.

Do you test for mold?

We look for signs and recommend a specialist for testing and removal when it is needed.

Can you fix this without a dehumidifier?

Often yes, by sealing leaks and fixing vents, but some crawl spaces need dehumidification.
